Using Newcastle airport

  • The Tyne and Wear Metro has a station at the airport, which suits solo travellers with light luggage. A pre-booked car is door to door when you have bags, children or an early start.
  • Journeys to places the Metro doesn't reach, such as Northumberland, County Durham and Teesside, are where a direct transfer makes the most sense.
  • For early flights, tell us your departure time and we will suggest the pickup time, rather than leaving you to guess.
